REAL WORLD STUDIO
The process of handover during shift changes in manufacturing plants requires large quantities of data and information. This data is typically analogue and displayed on large boards. Smart Factory are asking Product Design students to review the process of data capture and communication. We were asked to look at the digialisation of the visual management process and the UX/UI pf how the information is input, displayed and understood
FINAL DESIGN PROJECT (ABRIDGED)
EpiHelp is a smart medical bracelet that will aim to help reduce the frequency of
seizures through stress reduction by setting reminders to be mindful of their mental
health and stress. EpiHelp will work in tandem with a companion app. This will
feature a variety of functions including “Seizure Log” where users can log their
seizures if and when they have an episode through the wearable product instantly.
EpiHelp aims to remove the over-analysis of some of todays smart wearables and
keep everything minimal and stress free.
